One really ugly green Santa - I don't think he needed any padding or glue on beard. He looked like they offered him a couple of beers to stand there in that green outfit.
Now this on the other hand is a really cute little Santa (Santiago).

A view of one of the outskirts of Arequipa. Probably not the riches neighbourhood. A lot of the houses looked like people were still adding rooms and floors on an ongoing basis.
